sorrow as we announce the passing of Deborah J. Smitherman, born
November 21st 1957 and passed away on May 23rd 2025, at the age of 67.
Beloved wife of Gary Smitherman, and mother to Melanie Hyche & Angela Halfacre. Debbie was a devoted Mother, Grandmother and a source of strength and love to her family. She always cared for everyone and lived with Gods grace. As a devoted Christian she is eternally in Gods glory.
She is survived by her Mother Gerlinda Largent, Husband Gary Smitherman, Daughters Melanie Hyche (Randy Hyche),(Brandy Hyche), Angela Halfacre (Bobby Halfacre), Granddaughters Taylor Erhart (Kody Erhart), Aliyah Halfacre & Aubrey Halfacre.
A funeral service will be held at Peoples Chapel on Tuesday, May 27, 2025 at 2:00 P.M. The visitation will be from 1:00 P.M. until 2:00 P.M. , Interment will be at Highland Memorial Gardens.
