GILMER, Texas, May 18.-Lois
Maxine Smitherman. 7, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. T. F. Smitherman was run
over and killed by an automobile Wednesday afternoon eleven miles south
of Gilmer on the Jefferson highway when the child ran in front of a
car.
Charges of negligent homicide were filed against the driver of the car. He made bond.
