pearl (Matthews) smitherman
Mrs. Pearl Smitherman, wife of
W. B. Smitherman, died this morn- ing at her home in East Bend after an
illness of six months. She is survived by her husband, three sons,
Donald, Ernest and William and one daughter, Margaret, She is also
survived by her father and mother. Mr. and Mrs. Ed Matthews, of East
Bend, and several brothers and sisters.
Funeral services will be held from the East Bend Baptist Church Tuesday afternoon at 2 o'clock. Interment will be in the church graveyard.
