MRS. HALLIE E. SMITHERMAN Mrs.
Ruth E. Smitherman, 54, of 5106 N.E. 48th, died Sunday at University of
Kansas Medical Center. She was born in Mulvane, Kan., and had lived in
this area 30 years.
Mrs Smitherman was a member of the Maple Park Bible Church.
She leaves her husband, Hallie E. Smitherman of the home: two daughters, Mrs. DeLoris Clark, Lakeland, Minn., and Mrs. Twila Powers. Kansas City; and three grandchildren.
Services will be at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday at the Newcomer White Chapel: burial in New Hope Cemetery, Liberty. Friends may call from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. today at the chapel.
