Smitherman, 8, of Pfafftown, died at 10:59 p.m. Sunday at Baptist
Hospital. Funeral services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Wednesday at
Vienna Baptist Church. Burial will be in East Bend Memorial Park.
Tamara was born in Forsyth County to Ronnie Lee and Betty Joe Choate Smitherman.
Surviving in addition to her parents are two brothers, Craig and Brad Smitherman of the home. The family will receive friends at Huff Funeral Home in East Bend from 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday.
