Mrs. Roy widow of the late G. R.
Roy, passed away at noon on Thursday at her home at Jones, after an
illness of several weeks of heart trouble.
The condition of Mrs. Roy was thought to be improved a slate as Thursday morning, but suddenly death came to relieve her of further suffering.
Deceased was a good womau.of strong Christian character. She is survived by six children, They are E. L. and James D. Roy, Mrs. B. M. Johnson, Mrs. A. R. Moorer and Mis- ses Callie and Emma Roy of Selma. The funeral and interment took place this afternoon at Mulberry, Autauga County.
